Trees are one of my favorite things so I am having a hard time letting go of this top! She was constructed from hand dyed hemp muslin in avocado, dyed by Ang & Ian of Altered Statement, and a light orange that I dyed. I appliquéd a large tree on the front and then added a total of 6 Eastern Cottonwood leaves. She features raglan sleeves and elastic through the neck line.

I currently reside in Lancaster Pennsylvania, which has a long history in quilting and patchwork. I come from a family who's sewing history goes back for generations and generations! I started sewing when I was a little girl, but I really didn't have the patience needed and I was frustrated a lot, so I stopped. I started sewing again several years ago and have been going strong ever since! I really love to use sewing as my creative outlet and it fills me with joy! :)
