Post T-shirt Alterations

DOes anybody do or know of a company that can make altered tee-shirts, where they are based and how much they charge and how (per piece, per hour, etc.)? By altered, I mean instead of the typical t-shirty, something with altered sleeves, or side-hems-something different than the standard fitted tee. These would be variations of women's baby dolls, fitted tees and boy tanks.
